I've been with them for over 2 years. Their service started to decrease and weaken a number of months back, I was extremely patient with them and in the last 2 months it would take an average of 45 to 60 seconds to fill their pages. I contacted them to complain about the filling speed and how it is negatively impacting my organization.

I asked to cancel the service and discussed that their service hasn't worked for months which they currently knew. They sent me an email from the support group over 3 weeks later on 4/20/20 saying that they will charge the month of May as well since they have to receive a 30-day notification despite the fact that I contacted them prior to the start of April.
